1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making payment, or using Nursepass, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.

2. Independent Platform

Nursepass is an independent Ghana-based exam preparation platform. It is not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.

3. Educational Purpose Only

Nursepass provides NMC-style practice questions, mock exams, performance tracking, and study support for educational preparation. It does not replace official training, clinical supervision, professional instruction, or guidance from recognised regulatory or training institutions.

4. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Nursepass supports structured revision and exam readiness, but it does not guarantee that any user will pass an exam. Results depend on the user's preparation, training, judgement, and applicable official requirements.

5. No Official, Leaked, or Confidential Questions

Nursepass does not provide official NMC questions, leaked questions, confidential exam material, exact exam questions, or official exam answers. Content is created for practice, revision, and educational use.

6. User Accounts and Responsibility

Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Account sharing, unauthorised access, misuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls may lead to suspended or terminated access.

7. Access Duration and Payments

Paid packages provide digital access for the selected period shown at checkout or on the pricing page, including 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months where available. Access begins when payment is confirmed and the package is activated. Packages do not renew automatically unless Nursepass clearly states otherwise during purchase. Prices and package features may change, but confirmed access already paid for will remain available for its active access period unless these terms are breached.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or publicly share Nursepass content.
• Do not share your account login with another person.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or payment records.
• Do not upload or send harmful, misleading, unlawful, or abusive material.
• Do not use Nursepass to claim access to official, leaked, or confidential exam content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Nursepass name, platform content, questions, mock exams, layout, graphics, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Nursepass. They may not be reproduced, sold, published, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Service Availability

Nursepass aims to keep the platform available, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet disruption, payment provider delays, or other technical matters outside reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nursepass is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, examination outcomes, service interruptions, or user decisions made from educational content on the platform.
