Refund Policy

1. Digital Access

Payments to Nursepass are for access to digital exam preparation resources, including NMC-style practice questions, mock exams, revision tools, and performance tracking for the selected access period.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where:

• A successful payment was made but access was not activated.
• A verified technical issue prevents access and Nursepass cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same account and package.
• An incorrect charge is confirmed after review of the payment reference.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Because Nursepass provides digital resources, refunds are generally not available after substantial access or use. This includes completed quiz attempts, completed mock exams, repeated logins, use of a significant portion of the access period, or any download/use of materials where downloads are offered.

4. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments should be reported with the payment reference, account email or phone number, amount paid, payment channel, and date of payment. Valid duplicate payments may be reversed, refunded, or credited after verification.

5. How to Request Support or a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment. Contact info@nursepassgh.com or WhatsApp +233 54 214 4107 with your full name, Nursepass account email or phone number, payment reference, package selected, and a short explanation of the issue.

6. Processing Timeline

Nursepass aims to review refund requests within 3 business days after receiving the required details. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider, mobile money provider, bank, or card network.

7. Access After Refund

Where a refund is approved, Nursepass may suspend or remove access to the related paid package.
