Nursepass may collect and process the following information:
- Name, email address, phone number, username, password, and account details.
- Payment reference, package selected, access status, and transaction verification details.
- Quiz attempts, mock exam records, performance scores, progress data, and weak area tracking.
- Device, browser, IP address, session, log, cookie, and security data.
- Support messages, WhatsApp messages, email enquiries, and related communication records.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for account creation, login, access control, payment verification, package activation, quiz performance tracking, customer support, fraud prevention, platform security, service improvement, and important account communication.
3. Ghana Data Protection
Nursepass aims to handle personal data in line with applicable Ghana data protection obligations, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide and protect the service.
4. Payment Data
Nursepass may receive payment references and verification information from payment providers. We do not ask users to send card PINs, mobile money PINs, or other secret payment credentials through the website or support channels.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, SMS, WhatsApp communication, security, and technical support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Nursepass.
6. Data Security
Nursepass uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also keep account passwords private and use secure devices.
7. Data Retention
Account and learning records may be retained while an account remains active. Payment, support, security, and audit records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and service security purposes. Users may request deletion where applicable.
8. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, payment, security, or legitimate business reasons.
